You will also be required to complete the attached 'Form 6 - Change of Shared Bond Arrangement'. Make sure all persons involved have signed all relevant forms before submitting to our office.

Ensure that you have signed the form and indicate if you would prefer to be contacted or if you are happy for a tradesperson to collect keys from the office to enter the premises.

Application Form
Interested in any of our rental properties? If so, please complete a 'Tenancy Application Form' one per adult. For us to process your application as quickly as possible, please answer all questions on the form, have your 100 points of I.D, 2 most current payslips and Employment Confirmation Forms completed by your Manager before submitting the application to our office. You can submit an application form prior to attending an open home, but we will not process your application until we see your name and signature on one of our 'Open Home Registers'. So please remember to sign our Open Home Register if you attend an open home.
